No New Posts RainClan Camp

Nestled securely in a small valley, ringed by bushes and gorse, RainClan's camp humble, but it has a safe feeling. The prickly gorse that guard it are usually enough to fend off the most curious of outsiders, but if enemy cats break through the barriers, they are faced with the warriors of RainClan.

Most of the dens in this cozy little camp are under bushes or under the stars. Rain sleeps under a large bush, with brambles and bracken woven through the branches to make it shielded.

No New Posts Rolling Moors

The origins of the name of these moors are obvious. They are hilly and sloped, rich with prey just as StarClan promised. It is the best place for RainClanners to do their hunting for both food and herbs. Various patches of medicines like tansy and bushes of juniper and other berries grow in abundance here among the waving grasses.

Said grasses provide plenty of seeds for birds, mice and other prey; birds nest in bushes or low-lying trees that spot the moors.

Lastly, a slender, serpentine stream runs through the low points of the moors, good for catching a drink while on a patrol.

No New Posts The Bog

This is the nastiest place of RainClan territory. Bubbles of gas rise up from the bogs, and even though the water is relatively shallow, the mud at the bottom can suck a cat down. A few fish might be seen in the bog, but they are generally too large or too small to be bothered with.

The few solid-appearing parts of this bog are often unstable, crumbling with too much pressure. Herons and other water-dwelling birds can be seen here.

Apprentices are not allowed here at all, and all warriors must be accompanied by another warrior.

No New Posts Talltrees

Another obviously-named territory, Talltrees was called such for its towering trees. Most of the trees are elms, sycamores and oaks, and one sycamore in particular soars above the rest. It is called the Skytree, for its branches seem to touch the sky.

Plenty of birds and rodents scurry in the undergrowth, and many herbs grow here as well. It is a StarClan-blessed place. Even with this blessing, trouble lurks in the recesses. Badgers and foxes live here as well, but can be avoided with care.

No New Posts Littlepond

This small pond is fed by the slim stream running through the Rolling Moors. The pond is located where the moors start flattening out into quiet meadows, and it is near the edge of RainClan territory. Fences are all around, marking Twoleg territory. An abandoned, decrepit barn makes a good place to hunt, as some old hay is still there.

Littlepond itself is an excellent source of fish. It's not very far from the camp, so transportation of kills is simple. The pond is shallow and reeds grow around the edges, with a small gap for cats to sit and fish.

Board Description
http://i28.tinypic.com/14ifnyr.png RainClan Territory
Rain took her cats to the west, along the moorland and sparse forests untouched by Twoleg nests. Just outside of their territory lay fence rows and sheep, marking the end to RainClan's boundary. But inside, it's as if RainClan has a piece of every territory. There are sparse forests, tall rolling hills, flat moors, and even bogs that rise up out of the ground like gaping maws.

All locations can be found inside, for convenience. Please visit the links below if you are seeking one of the following boards...
