Updated Rules: Some rules were updated and added during our downtime.
Usernames: All usernames are now required to be symbol-free and simple. I've gone through and changed everyone's that had extra characters and symbols. They don't need to be capitalized but it does look better that way. I did this simply because it makes the site look more professional and mature. Personally, I am not impressed with sites that allow their members to have usernames like "d!zziee~~~ x
Character allowance: Since a lot of people either didn't have the time or interest to continue playing 15+ cats, I've broken it down to eight. This allows you two cats in each Clan if you so choose. You are still allowed to purchase Cat Purchase Pelts to buy more characters, but I ask that if you do not have the intention (or Moles) to do so, please PM me and I'll move the characters you can't play at the moment into the archives for safe keeping.
Signature Images: Signatures have been downsized to 400px wide and 250px high.
Just because I've posted the new updates here doesn't mean it wouldn't be a good idea to reread all of them just in case you might have forgotten something (I reread them about every month or so to see if I should edit, add, or remove anything.)
Topics and Posts Cleaned:
RP Posts and Topics Any topic that hadn't been posted in since early October has been removed, and any topic that involved characters that have been deleted has also been removed. I left any topics that looked remotely active, but if you want an existing topic to close just let me know.
I deleted ALL of the archives and just removed all existing posts that weren't needed. I don't think archives will be needed, but if you think we should have them let me know. They just seem to me like a place to keep your board's post count up instead of clearing out the mess.
OOC Posts and Topics I've also removed all topics from the Daily Mewl and cleaned out other OOC boards that were inactive. You can start your games and topics over, I think that would be a good idea to get everyone back on their toes again.
Cleaned up and updated the Purchase.
Cleaned up and updated all adoption boards.
Cleaned up old news posts and updated some various posts in that area.
Updated Header: The header has been updated 100%. Plot information, cats, links, everything has been set up to date and is in working order. Remember, admin, when a cat changes rank and is moved to a different board, remember to change their link or else it won't work! There were literally about ten cats that hadn't been changed, in all Clans.
Revamped Layout: We now have a layout that works! The background doesn't stretch now and it looks much more organized than before. It's not a completely new layout of course, but at least it's more appealing, not as dark, and it works. :)
(The PM bar can't be included in this version, as you can see, because there is no welcome table at all. I understand some of you wanted one in the past but I couldn't figure out a way to make it work with this layout.)
I'd like suggestions for the next layout.
Extended Contest: The cookie contest has been extended for December 25th. That should give everyone plenty of time to enter if they like. If you're confused about the contest, need more information or would like to see the prizes, click here.
Current entries include Jitt and Glyph, and remember everyone that enters will get something. First place can accept real life prizes, but first and second will recieve a specified amount of Moles. Anyone else that enters (depending on the number) will win Moles or a Pelt. So enter! The worst thing that could happen is you wind up with a nice batch of cookies. <3
I still need to hear from Kurali (for winning CotM), Glyph (for winning MotM), and Dreamer (for winning the video contest) about the prizes you want.
Cookie contest winners will be announced on Christmas.

$1 Commissions: I'm taking $1 commissions here to earn money to pay for ad-free AND hopefully a domain for the site. The domain will require a Godaddy.com address ($10) and a $14 transfer fee from Proboards. Ad-free is $7 a month. Depending on how much I can earn from $1 commissions (so far I have $5.68) we'll see what I can do.
